The HHP Virtual Wellness Center is a community designed to help you learn how to integrate holistic healing tools, habits, and spiritual practices throughout your day. These on-demand videos and self-paced courses are designed like having a health coach in your back pocket. Filled with meditations, breathwork, nutrition coaching, 5-minute resets, fitness and movement, holistic living, and cancer education.
Access to the video library, digital courses, live stream classes, and new lessons uploaded monthly.
Energetic Healing Sessions

Gena uses Medical Mediumship, Reiki, IET, Meditation, Crystals, and Essential Oils to promote your healing and restore balance in the body, mind, and soul where it is needed. It can assist in stabilizing and harmonizing the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic body. This can help with body pain, mood, and trauma/blocks. This is a 60-minute session where we will discuss the current state of your energy, and what you feel you need and then perform the healing.

Sound Healing Sessions

Gena uses sound bowls, tuning forks, tuning forks, and other sound modalities to assist in stabilizing the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic body to promote healing. This calming state allows restoration and nervous system regulation to take place and can help with body pain, mood, and trauma/blocks. Sound clears, cleanses, and purifies our energetic space and holds energy frequency steady. Contact to discuss location.
